We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect. We will not accept liability for any missing orders if the tracking for the parcel is showing the order as delivered.
If you decide that you want to return the purchased product, you can do so within 14 days of delivery.
All the items will be inspected upon return. They must be unused and in the same condition as ordered.
Finally, the tag with BACK2 GRAND logo must remain for accepted return.
